Made me feel horrible because I was too pregnant to get a massage. Ruby did not do my massage. Have no clue who the other lady was but have had hundreds of massages and she clearly didn’t know what she was doing at all!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! ASKED IF THEY OFFERED PRENATAL MASSAGE AND THEY SAID YES SO SCHEDULED A TIME TO GET ONE DONE FOR MY PREGNANT GIRLFRIEND. ARRIVED AND THEY WERE FRIENDLY, MY GIRLFRIEND TO RECEIVE THE MASSAGE AND THEY WERE WEIRDED OUT BY THE FACT SHE DIDN’T WEAR UNDERGARMENTS AND THEN PROCEEDED TO PUT HER IN A FRONT FACING CHAIR WITH HER STOMACH AGAINST THE BACK. SHE HAD TO ASK TO LAY DOWN AND THEN ASKED SEVERAL TIMES FOR A PILLOW FOR HER HEAD AND NEVER HAD ANY SUPPORT FOR HER BELLY! EVERYTIME SHE PUSHED ON HER UPPER BACK(WHICH IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PRESSED ON WHEN PREGNANT)HER STOMACH PRESSED INTO THE TABLE AND HURT HER.THEN PROCEEDED TO TRY AND GET HER TO LAY ON HER BACK WHICH IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DONE IF YOUR PREGNANT! ALSO RUBY WAS NOT THE ONE DOING THE MASAGE IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE! IT SEEMED LIKE THE FOCUS WAS MORE ON GETTING A FACIAL DONE WHICH WE WAS NOT THERE FOR THAN A MASSAGE! THEY DO NOT HAVE A CERTIFICATION FOR PRENATAL MASSAGES BUT OFFER THE SERVICES ANYWAY! THEY ALSO PLACED BLAME OF MY GIRLFRIEND BEING UNCOMFORTABLE ON HER BEING SO PREGNANT NOT THE FACT THAT THEY CAUSED MORE ISSUES. THEY DID NOT REQUEST PAYMENT WHICH IS GOOD BUT WILL ANY OTHER SERVICES! GEESE MAY TRY TO ATTACK ON THE WAY OUT, HAD TO CARRY MY DAUGHTER SO THEY DID NOT BOTHER HER!
